All payments must be made directly on the Panlet platform. This includes extension of dates where applicable. As a guest, you do not incur any fees for paying via the platform so we encourage you to always make payments on the platform and never directly to the host.

In case of cancellation the following charges will apply:

1. 4 days before the arrival date, free cancellation.

2. 3 days before the arrival date, 50% of the booking amount.
